Check for any issues with your account:
- If the free trail has expired/you cancel the auto subscription and the time has expired, you should subscribe the Premium then continue to connect.
Have deducted but failed to subscribe:
Check the related connection settings：
- Switch between different virtual locations.
- Check the network condition, try to reconnect Wi-Fi or Mobile data.
- You can reconnect VPN on iOS Settings: Go to Settings > Tap VPN > Switch off the VPN status/Delete the VPN settings.
Still have problems after finished the above operation:
- Maybe the region you live have serious Internet restrictions.
