Check for any issues with your account:
- If the free trail has expired/you cancel the auto subscription and the time has expired, you should subscribe the Premium then continue to connect.
Have deducted but failed to subscribe:
- You can click the "Restore Purchase" button in the Store Page.
Check the related connection settings：
- Switch between different virtual locations.
- Check the network condition, try to reconnect Wi-Fi or Mobile data.
- You can reconnect VPN on Settings,it is depend on what device you have,but usually in: Go to Settings > Tap Wi-Fi& Network > Switch off the VPN status/Delete the VPN settings.
