Connect Troubleshooting
Check for any issues with your account:
If the free trail has expired/you cancel the auto subscription and the time has expired, you should subscribe the Premium then continue to connect.
Have deducted but failed to subscribe:
You can click the "Restore Purchase" button in the Store Page.
Check the related connection settings:
Switch between different virtual locations.
Check the network condition, try to reconnect Wi-Fi or Mobile data.
Close the battery optimisation feature. How to close is depend on what device you have. You can see The Settings for Battery Optimisation Feature in different Devices to get more.
You can reconnect VPN on Settings,it is depend on what device you have,but usually in: Go to Settings > Tap Wi-Fi& Network > Switch off the VPN status/Delete the VPN settings.
Still have problems after finished the above operation:
