Connect Troubleshooting

Check for any issues with your account:

  • If the free trail has expired/you cancel the auto subscription and the time has expired, you should subscribe the Premium then continue to connect.

Have deducted but failed to subscribe:

  • You can click the "Restore Purchase" button in the Store Page.

Check the related connection settings:

  • Switch between different virtual locations.

  • Check the network condition, try to reconnect Wi-Fi or Mobile data.

  • Close the battery optimisation feature. How to close is depend on what device you have. You can see The Settings for Battery Optimisation Feature in different Devices to get more.

  • You can reconnect VPN on Settings,it is depend on what device you have,but usually in: Go to Settings > Tap Wi-Fi& Network > Switch off the VPN status/Delete the VPN settings.
