III. User usage rules

4. if the account number of the free service registered by the user is not actually used within any continuous 90 days, or if the user is not actually used within 10 days after prompting the user to put it into practical use within 10 days, The application has the right to delete the account and stop providing related services to the user.

If there is a violation of laws and regulations, national policy requirements, nickname management requirements of the application, or infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, the application has the right to require the user to modify or recover the nickname of the account.
